The RRB and RRC will release the notification soon on all the official websites. The candidates will get the complete information about these posts, salaries, age limit in this notification. The Railway minister Vinod kumar Yadav had sent a letter to all managers of Indian Railways to give the details related to the Category-wise vacancies in all departments.
RRB 2019-20 Exam fees details:

RRB 2019-20 Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification:
The eligibility Criteria for RRB 2019 notification will be different for different posts. The candidates should check them after the CEN is released. CEN contains all the details related to eligibilities and education.
Information related to RRB posts:
The Central Railway minister had announced that Railway Recruitment will be done in two phases. The first phase recruits 1.30 lakh employees in this year. And the second phase will recruit around 4 lakh employees in 2020.
This may be the biggest recruitment by the RRB because these posts are released in advance and there will be posts only if the employees are retired. Also the Railway department is first to give 10 percent quota for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections). This reservation will not affect the other reservation categories like SC, ST or PWD candidates.
