How to login to the GSWS portal

Grama Sachivalayam Ward Sachivalayam portal offers two types of login facilities as follows:

Employee Login

1. Go to the Grama Sachivalayam ward/village system through the link
2. https://gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/GSWS/Home/Main
3. The page will display various options; select the “login” option to proceed.
4. Two options will show employee and citizen login.
5. Click the “employee login” option and enter login credentials.
6. Enter the username, password, and captcha code to access the page.
7. Once logged in, the employee can conduct multiple services on the portal.

How to Reset Employee login password

1. Open the GSWS official website to avail of the login page.
2. Go to the “forgot password” option under the login now option.
3. Direct link: https://gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/GSWS/#!/ForgotPassword
4. A new page will open; enter your registered username to proceed.
5. The system will send a reset password link.
6. Use the link to create a new password.

GSWS Citizen Login

• Open the GSWS website portal and select the login option.
• Again the login page will open, displaying two login options.
• Next, enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code indicated on the page.
• Click the “send OTP” option to receive an OTP on the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP to access the page.
• After accessing the page, the user can access different options and services online.

AP citizens can enjoy various services on the GSWS portal as follows:

• Visit the GSWS website portal and proceed to the homepage menu.
• Enter your username and password to access the GSWS account page.
• Select the “learning corner” option to avail more options.
• Click the “citizen corner” tab followed by the “citizen charter” options.
• The options will open all GSWS services at the ward and village levels.
