The V.S.University has announced about the second, third, fourth and fifth convocations. This convocation ceremony is proposed to be held in February or March 2019. The Vikrama Simhapuri university had officially announced that candidates of Under Graduation B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Ed., L.L.B., BBM., B.A.(OL)., B.C.A., and B.P.Ed., etc and candidates of Post-Graduation M.A., M.SC., M.Com., M.com(B.F)., M.S.W., M.Com (F.M)., M.B.A., MBATM, M.Ed., M.C.A., etc., whose results were published in June 2014 to June 2018 can apply for convocation if they are intending to receive their degrees at the ceremony in the following procedure. How to Apply for VSU UG Convocation Year Wise or Semester Wise?
First you should know what is year wise and semester wise in graduation. Year wise is for the candidates who had joined in graduation course before 2016 and semester wise is for candidates who had joined in 2016. This variation is because the Vikrama Simhapuri University had changed the graduation course from yearly exams to semester exams. The following information provides you the details clearly.

- Application downloaded from the university website
- 700/- Challan from Andhra Bank ( Challan form should be downloaded from the website)
- 2 passport size photos
- Intermediate original certificate
- Degree provisional certificate Xerox
- Aadhar card Xerox
Procedure to Apply UG Convocation:
- First of all, you should download the application and bank challan from the official website and get hard copy of them.
- Fill the challan by entering amount, date, college name. Pay the amount of Rs.700/- in Andhra Bank by submitting the bank challan form.
- Next fill the application form with entering the details like name, father name, address, registration number , period and enter all the secured marks, marks obtained, challan number etc.,
- Write address and phone number on the back side of the challan form.
- You should affix all the documents mentioned above.
- Submit the entire set of papers in the Vikrama Simhapuri university, Kakutur.
- The convocation certificate will be sent to the address written on the application form through registered post. So the address should be correct and accurate.
How to Apply for VSU PG Convocation Semester Wise?
The candidates who had completed their Post-Graduation from June 2014 to June 2018 also can apply for convocation.

- 700/- Challan from AndhraBank ( Challan form should be downloaded from the website) for all affiliated colleges of VSU
- 450/- challan from Andhra Bank for VSU campus and VSU PG center Kavali students
- 2 passport size photos
- Intermediate original certificate
- Degreee convocation original
- PG provisional certificate xerox
- Aadhar card xerox
Procedure to Apply for PG Convocation:
- Download the application form and bank challan from the website link
- https://vsuexams.in/
- Pay the amount of Rs. 450/- in Andhra bank if you are a student of VSU college.
- Pay the amount of Rs. 750/- in Andhra Bank if you are a student of affiliated colleges of VS university.
- Completely fill the application form by entering all the details like name, father name, Address, registration number, period of the study and secured marks, grade points, grade letter, challan number, signature etc., correctly.
- Also write your address and phone number on the back of the challan form.
- Gather all the certificates, photos said above.
- Submit all these papers at the VIkrama simhapuri university building, kakutur.
- The candidates who are interested to apply for convocation should hurry because the last date to apply is 31st January, 2019. Also there is a queue at bank and university since this is the convocation announced by the Vikrama Simhapuri university after 3 years. And it is mentioned that this is the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth convocation. You can send your application through registered post. But my advice is, if its possible go and submit your application manually than post. Why because post may sometimes late, it may cross your application last date.
