RCH Portal Login Process 2024

1. Go to the RCH website portal using the link https://rchrpt.nhm.gov.in/
2. On the homepage, click the “data entry” tab to proceed to the login page.
3. Direct link https://rch.nhm.gov.in/RCH/Login.aspx
4. Now choose your state name or code from the menu list.
5. On the login page, enter your username and password.
6. Next, enter the captcha code and click the login button.

How to Register for RCH Portal ANM ASHA

From the dashboard, you can click the ANM ASHA option for the data entry process.

1. Visit the RCH website portal.
2. https://rch.nhm.gov.in/RCH/Login.aspx
3. Log in with your credentials username and password.
4. Next, click ANM/ASHA registration option to open a registration page.
5. Key in the following details:
   • Village name
   • Designation
   • Father’s name
   • Gender
   • Registered mobile number
   • Address
   • Date of joining
   • Financial year.
   • EID number and date
   • Banking details
   • Telecom operator details
   • Aadhaar number
6. Recheck the details and submit the ASHA registration form to complete the process.

Data Entry in RCH Portal

1. Open the RCH website portal and log in using a username and password.
2. Select the data entry hierarchy tab to proceed.
3. Next, choose the following details:
   • District
   • Rural or urban
   • Health block
   • Ward based on your state
   • Health facility type
   • Sub facility
   • Village
4. The system will direct you to the main menu, where you can start your data entry process.
5. The data entry tab contains several options such as:

Population Entry

Select the population option and fill in all the required details: ANM name, ASHA, AWW, MPW, the population of the village, eligible couples, number of pregnant women, number of infants, and health care providers. Next, confirm and submit the details.

Eligible Couple Entry

Enter the register serial number, date of registration, financial year, ANM, ASHA, wife and husband’s names, address, registered mobile number, age of the couple, and more. Save and confirm the details on the portal.

1. Navigate to the RCH Data Entry website page.
2. Enter your login details and click data hierarchy.
3. Click on the district, health block, and ward.
4. Choose the facility type and PSC.
5. Enter your sub facility and village.

How to Know Your Health Report Record at rchrpt.nhm.gov.in

1. Open the RCH web page using the link https://rchrpt.nhm.gov.in/
2. Select the “know your health records” option from the homepage menu.
3. Direct link https://rchrpt.nhm.gov.in/OTP/
4. Proceed to the RCH ID number or the MCTS ID number option.
5. Key in the ID of the mother or child.
6. Next, enter the captcha code on the space provided to continue.
7. Click “Get OTP,” enter the OTP code sent on your mobile number.
8. The system will verify the details for you to proceed.
9. Select the EHR tab, and you’re done.
